Trade Errors The Sub-Advisor will notify the Manager of any Trade Error(s), regardless of materiality, promptly upon the discovery such Trade Error(s) by the Sub-Advisor.

(n) When a person by virtue of his knowledge or expertise writes a document within the scope of a writer, as directed by the client, such persons are known as ‘Scrivener’.
